Slothish website load times and usability issues were a buzz-kill for both visitors and exasperated staff. The website became the daily pitfall of Mooseheads Marketing & Events Manager, Ryan Dyson. Bogged down by monotonous tasks, our project aimed to boost his efficiency by automating two core time-consuming tasks – staff training and content management.
Mooseheads have a massive staff roster, with new bartenders, bouncers and guest DJs needing inductions on the weekly. This was Ryan’s responsibility, who found this process unnecessarily time consuming and unsustainable. Our solution was to create a fully automated staff training and induction portal that new employees could engage with any time and anywhere.
Ryan faced a constant uphill battle to keep up-to-date with his web content. Visitors to the website were put off, unable to easily locate the event bookings portal or the latest photos from a Saturday night. By transforming the Mooseheads website, we set out to help Mooseheads stay on top of their social media and events game.
Our team worked closely with Mooseheads to ensure each of these problems were directly smoothed out, designing a website that looked as good as it worked.
